We are a property development and management organization based in Lagos and due to expansion and re-positioning for better service, we urgently require the services of the following:
1. SALES CONSULTANTS
(General commissions only)
REQUIREMENTS
- ND, HND, BSC in any discipline
- Proven track record in sales
- Ability to determine a limitless sales-based commission and meet set targets
- Good oral and written English skills
EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years in sales
2. ACCOUNT CLERK
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to use Peachtree accounting software would be an added advantage
- Good oral and written English skills
- Ability to work under immense pressure
EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years in a multi-task environment
3. HEAD, BUSINESS CENTRE
REQUIREMENTS
- Adequate qualifications in Secretary studies
- Good knowledge of computer software’s and applications
- At least 2 years in a leadership position(s)
- Must reside in Surulere, Mushin, Orile and environs
