Application can be accessed on-line @ ww.ptdf.gov.ng or http:ptdf.cinfores.com, with a scratch card purchased from first bank plc, in all the states on payment of =N=1000. The hard copies of the application form can be obtained from the scholarship boards of the 36 states and the directorates of education on presentation of the bank draft. the closing date is 8th of january 2010.
